One item sold twice

Bought a coffee table at OK furnitures (Zevenwacht, Cape Town) there was one on the display and one at the back, unfortunately we could not take it home on the same day since we were driving in a small car, my husband and I that is. We asked if we could fetch it the following day and they said okay. When we went there the following day they said the table was gone it had been sold to someone else and the one on the floor (display) was broken so we had to come back on Monday to fetch it, it was on a Friday. My husband went there on Monday to check if they had brought another one from a different store as promised, and guess what, there was no coffee table, those people wasted our time, money and petrol. They said expected us to come back and fetch it again for the third time, that was so unprofessional and they were so casual about it. Talk about bad service. Not good for business at all
