Okay furniture return and refund policy sucks!!!

I bought a connex laptop on Fri the 2nd last week, but it was faulty, i returned it on sunday but i was told i cant be refunded coz i have unsealed the item, instead they lodge a complaint with the supllier, until today the laptop is with the store and my small business and work is suffering....they store says the supplier has not responded responded responded and my 7 days grace period expires tomorrow....very pathetic of you Okay Furniture
