OK Zevenwacht Mall - your service is pathetic and your staff are dishonest!

Is there a rating below 1-star for the poor service and lies I got from OK Zevenwacht Mall? I bought a fridge on 11 Sept 2020, realised that the water dispenser leaks and immediately phoned the shop to report this. I provided them the serial number they needed. And since then - for 4 MONTHS - all I got from Jeffrey at OK Zevenwacht was the run-around; lies and non-performance. He would phone me every 2-3 weeks with the same story. "Has the lady from KIC not phoned you yet?" Just to find out from KIC TODAY, that they only got the report of the fault now. KIC came and fixed it, but I will also never buy their products again, because why do you sell fridges with leaking water dispensers? So basically, I've been **** TO for a whole 4months. Yesterday (05/01/2021), I told Jeffrey that I've been patient enough and if something is not done, I'm going to escalate this very swiftly. Still he **** and told me the people from KIC have been trying to call me, but not getting through on my phone, which is ALWAY with me, because I am working from home and dealing with clients everyday. But they miraculously got through to my son's phone, whose number I gave Jeffrey as an alternative number. I will NEVER, EVER buy anything from OK again. The quality of the products suck and your service is pathetic! The branch manager (I wonder if she was even the branch manager) promised to do something about it when I spoke with her early in December, but NOTHING HAPPENED!
