OK Thabazimbi sells 2nd hand appliances

After removing the plastic wrapping it was discovered that the fridge had scratches and dents. Normally appliances are wrapped with card board? It took a few phone calls for OK to deliver another fridge on 24 December 2014. This fridge also has dents and honestly does not look like a new fridge apart from this it now makes a terrible noise. <br> <br> <br> We logged a complaint with KIC as well as this \supposedly"new fridge are very noisy. KIC sent technicians and at first glance at the Fridge told my mom that this is a second hand fridge. They further inspected the fridge and pointed to my mother that the rubber of the fridge is two different colours indicating that this is an old fridge besides the scratches and dents.<br> <br> This is extremely disappointing. How can OK sell 2nd hand fridges as new ones?<br> <br> We have been waiting since 11 February 2015 for OK Thabazimbi to resolve the matter. They obviously do not take customer service serious.<br> <br> All that needs to be done is for the fridge to be collected and a refund to be provided including delivery fee.<br> """
