OK springs worst service ever!

I bought couches at OK springs, they delivered at 8pm only to find out that one of the couches was faulty. Went back to OK to my suprise they knew the couch was faulty. Two weeks later of complaining they finally deliver the couch and its a brand new couch, looks very new compared to the ones i got, and mind you i did inform them that i didn't want the couches on display. Worst place i have ever spent my money. I will never shop at OK even if my life dependant on it.
