OK ‘s disgusting service delivery

I am highly disgusted and utterly disappointed with the level of service I have received thus far. I bought an item during Black Friday and I was made a promise that it would be delivered to me within 5 -10 days but nothing has arrived. As a customer I expected my item to arrive as expected. We are now a few days from Christmas and I have no fridge to store my food. This is not the customer service I expected from the store I placed my trust in. I have reached a point where I no longer want to do any business with the store and just want my refund so I can go purchase the item elsewhere. Another disappointment is the fact that I am the one using my airtime calling the store everyday to check if the stock has arrived.

I would never recommend anyone to buy from this furniture shop😡😡😡.
