OK ROBBING PENSIONER REFUSING TO REPAIR HISENSE FRIDGE

I can't believe that Ok Furniture Zevenwacht refuse to help a pensioner to repair a HiSense fridge for her. The fridge is 3 years old still under warranty but since the store never explained to the senior how the warranty works is she loosing a fridge which she bought cash from them worth R 5 000.00. Hisense fridges comes with 5 years warranty but this 5 year warranty does not work at all. All we want is for OK Furniture to repair the fridge I will personally pay for the repairs but the store refuse to book the fridge for repairs.
