Ok please return my mom's money please

Hi I'm not happy with the service at OK furniture In Jabulani Mall. They sold my mom the TV that is broken and they don't want to refund her back. She bought the TV with lay-by, when she supposed to get the TV they said the one she bought is not available and they will give her another one which is the one that is broken.
