OK pathetic service

OK furniture your service is pathetic , I bought couches last year and early this early they started peeling off, had to take them back it took them a month to bring my couches after that repair, the problem was the transport they told me I must get my own transport cause they only have one car and it broken , now my mom lay bye a wardrobe and she hire someone to go and fetch it and now they are told it was sold , I called in to talk to the manager he/ she is always not available to solve the problems, you wait on the line the next minutes they will say the manager went out, now they say they go and get it somewhere and we must come fetch it, now we have to pay for transport again for their fault, how come a big company like OK dont have enough transport for their customers
