Ok Parow poor customer service

My sister bought a fridge at OK Furniture in Parow and requested that it be delivered in Cofimvaba. I called a lady who identified herself as Anthea who's a supervisor there. She promised to contact OK furniture Cofimvaba to check stock availability so that delivery is arranged.

I have contacted OK Cofimvaba and was told that no arrangements were made. We have been sent from pillar to post by OK Parow for more than two weeks now.
