OK online Funiture is a ****

I placed a lay buy online for a defy mini oven which was R999.00, I went to the store today to pay it off and I was told by the store manager Mashudu Nemulodi that I place an order for two items which is crazy. I showed her the email response from their shop which stated that I place an order for 1 item. And she removed the other item and instructed me to pay the remaining balance which was going to be R1299.00 while the cost of the Item I had lay buyed was R999.00. I refused, she ten said it is now on special she will give it to me for R1099.00, mind you I had already paid R400 online and that amount reflects on their system. I refused again, then she said she can't help I will have to take it online, whereas she failed to get hold of them. I have been trying to get hold of them for the past +-20 days with no luck.
