Ok is taking customers for a ride

Hello Peter<br> On the 1st of December I bought a tv with ok furnishers which was derlivered on the 10 th of December. When I plugged on the tv it had no picture but the screen not cracked. I then took the tv back a week later at which the manager of the shop left while I was still explaining my priblem. The assistants that were left asked me to leave the tv with the primise of getting back to me in the 11th of January. After the 11 th passed I had to go to the shop on the 19th to fund out and was told they can not help me in anyway claiming it was damaged on my possesion when I have not been able to watch even onse. I feel I am being taken fir a ride cos I paid cash. Please help I am devasteted, I saved tge whole year only to be treated like this.
