OK IN BELHAR give bad services

i bought a fridge ,tv and dstv by OK IN BELHAR in june 2016 on the 10 November 2016 my place burnt down after that happened I went into OK and I advised them of what happened I took them the papers and all proof they needed, then they told me that I wont be getting my stuff back but I must pay for it and top of it I do have insurance on my goods I took insurance on the goods so that if anything happened to it I will be covered but I guess I thought wrong OK IN BELHAR just give terrible services they 1.they don't know the meaning of customer services 2. they don't care about their customers I gave them everything they needed and tey only thing I got back was iam not getting my stuff back WOW I will be taking this further bad bad and services from OK BELHAR and very very very angry customer
