OK Furnitures stores are a ****

It’s with sadness that this store is still in our malls for black people to spend their hard earned cash in this cruel and ********* furniture store. I bought a generator from their Randburg Store which was supp**** by New Edge technologies on the 3rd August 2023 for R5399.00. It’s a Supersonic petrol 2700w generator which broke down and stopped functioning in January 2024. Hardly 5 months and not an every day use but it was taken back to them for repairs. It stayed over a month where my business wasn’t running due to their unreliable appliances. I work from home and I’m running a children NPO bicycle foundation. I received it in March and it was still not working. Took the generator back again to OK Store and Tebogo Radebe the store manager assisted with retuning the generator back to suppliers for my refund. I haven’t received my funds. Sindiswa the so called service clerk was video called by Teboho from OK Stores to proof their supp**** and repaired generator is not working and she confirmed a refund will be made. Sindiswa is now unavailable and not keeping her word. This how BLACK people are treated by these big businesses who are benefiting from selling low standard appliances for high prices to suffocate Black people in this state of economy. I hope people read this review and stop buying from these store especially OK Furniture and New Edge supp**** appliances.
