Ok furnitures sells things that they do not have.

Ok Furnitures, how can you sell something that you don't have. I think your participation on black friday is just to make a name for Ok because all you do is disappoint us. I bought a bed at Ok and I told the lady that was assisting me that I will need that bed on the 14 of december & she promised that it would be delivered by then, on the 11 of december,this month I made a follow up and the same lady told me that there are no beds & no client received that bed from the shop & when I called the head office, they told me that I should wait for february because their suppliers have closed or get a refund. What kind of service are you giving us because you knew from the beggining that you are interested in participating on black friday so all you could have done was to ensure that you have enough stock and stop treating us like fools because no one can buy a thing in November and wait to get it in february. The fact that you buy something its only because you need to use it now. I will never use Ok furnitures to buy anything because you sell things that you do not have, all you do is mislead us as clients and give us false information.
