Ok Furnitures Raw deal

Got a raw deal from Ok Furnitures.Bought a laptop from them but in 3 months the unit was misbehaving.I took it back to Ok Furnitures but it took over 3 months to fix the unit. It was brought back to me several times,still with one problem or the other. I asked for a refund but instead OK Furnitures asked me to deal with the laptop supplier who where not part of my purchase deal. The supplier came up with excuses , refused to refund but gave me a new laptop albeit against my will . I just wanted my money back . I was given a new laptop which I don't need anymore. When these guys say money back guaranteed ,it's a terrible farce. You won't get a refund however you holla! Won't spend a cent on that Ok Furnitures again . I will recommend you not to buy appliances from them
