Ok Furnitures poor customer experience

Bought remote in Mankweng and it's wrong model took it back to Ok Furniture in Bambanani Shopping Centre and was told i must return it to Mankweng....It cost me more than R2000.00 to return R100.00 remote that's pathetic Ok Furnitures how you treat your customers
