Ok furnitures Phutaditjaba

I wanna report OK furniture in setsing at Phuthaditjhaba as we bought a Tv on the 10th June 2023 and it gave us problems ever since the second week of using it, it’s been in service/repairs ever since . On the 04th of December 2023 a regional manager called Andre promissed that we will get our refund on 05 December 2023 as we told him that we don’t want anything to do with that retail and he said we must come back the following day, only to find that we were gonna be told that we not gonna get our refund as I tried to remind him that we no longer want anything to do with that retail he said he has no time for deal with us (******s) and hung up on us, he is rude, ****** and doesn’t deserve to be in any customer service. That man is not even supposed to be within any community

I sit here with my family with no tv of which it was paid for in full and the kids are crying that their father has failed them as there is no tv in the house, Ok furniture is the worst retail ever,

Their till slips / receipts claims “We care about providing you, our valued customer, nothing less than service excellence.” But trust me, these words are just words, from the service we got and made to feel that our skin Color makes us less of humans to others I just don’t understand why do they want our money when they don’t want us.
