OK FURNITURES Online order REVIEW

I'm disappointed with Ok furnitures customer services and their online. Yho what a poor service. Its disgusting. I will never order again. I ordered a bed on the black friday. 11 days later theres no communication. When I call them they don't answer. When they answer the call cuts before i get answers. Today i called customer services they said the can't help with online order i must call online services.
