OK Furnitures Hazyview poor after sales service!

This is probably the worst after sales service I ever received by far from any retailer. I bought a defy stove from OK Furnitures 3 years back. Since then, a repairer has Been in and out of my house to fix it. Currently, only 3 plates works. They are refusing to take responsibility of this poor quality item sold to me.

I have been sent from pillar to post trying to get this item either repaired or replaced. I am very disappointed at tbe fact that no one is will to assist knowing very well that I and my wife have been buying from them for sometime now.

OK Furnitures Hazyview mpumalanga leadership should stop their arrogance and get this sorted out as in like now.
