Ok Furniture/Power Express bad service

I'm having issues with OK Furniture i have ordered couches and kitchen units for my home in Port Shepstone and i did this here in Olievenhoutbosch since i live in Gauteng and these are supposed to be picked up from the Port Shepstone it been 3 weeks now i'm told they're out of stock, This is just bad i needed these things as soon as possible but it seems like this wont happen as soon as i expected.
