Ok furniture,is not Ok at all,don't buy from them

My mother bought a sewing machine last year November,the machine experience technical issue in April,she took the machine back to the store,store took the machine to their street technician,now the machines channel is mixed up and the machine is sewing so slow,not like before,the store is busy forcing my mother to take back the machine that is not working properly.avoid buying at OK,ok is not Ok at all.
