OK FURNITURE/HOUSE AND HOME

I writing this review with regards to OK Furniture Online, my son recently purchased an item from them on the 25th January 2024 (item was fully paid for, since the date of purchase they have had endless problems, they ended up asking me to intercede and so the battle began, telephones don't get answered, emails are answered promptly. When you do eventually get hold of anyone they say they will phone back, but never do. So countless hours spent on the phone and computer trying to sort this out to date we have received nothing. This is disgusting service and I feel that the company concerned should definitely look at their service delivery, I definitely would not recommend this service/company to anyone.
