Ok Furniture Zevenwacht

Im so disgusted i bought a seally bed over a year ago, 1 month back we started experiencing itches and bite marks. I had to removed all our items from the room, to find the bed has bedbugs under its base (where the staples are) and the matrress is sagging on both side im so dissapointed! Made contact with the store in zevenwacht! Only to find out one of there non compassionate employees jeffrey told me this should be escalated to the supplier and they need to come inspect the bed. The inspector came out took photos on the 31st of March 2023, and he told me i need to speak to the store! He only escaled bed bugs and not the springs of this f**** bed, i asked him why is the base like this "oh no it wears out as times goes on 'Had a phone call today on 4th april 2023 only for jeffrey to tell me its my problem now! Mind you we never had this f@*** issue! Im so dissapointed after having to go around in circles he dropped the line on me i made my way to the store only to find out bravo beds/brands will not inspect this bed due to the bed bugs. Guys im so dissapointed apparently this the first time a customer came with this issue . I was told to first deal with the bed bugs issue and only than they can inspect this bed what bull**** i even asked the manager what would she do in my situation she couldnt answer me!! I felt i wasted my damn money
