OK Furniture " your no problem store " PLEASE!!! What a Joke !

<p>I bought a Kelvinator KL14TT2W 14 KG TWIN serial number QA ********** ********** 221297 wash machine for my mother who is suffering with terrible arthritis, 3 and a half months ago something went wrong with the machine and we went to OK Furniture Shoprite Centre Eldorado Park to register a claim on the extended warranty I took through them with MASTER CARE/ Shoprite Insurance Company Limited account number 5 ********** 58-01.<br /> </p> <p>To date every other week we get a call from OK asking if MASTER CARE/ Shoprite Insurance Company Limited have come out. Shouldn’t they know this as they sold me the product and this is their service provider????<br /> <br /> It’s nearly four months and my mother is still without a machine.<br /> <br /> I spoke to Alicia and Margaret on numerous occasions who keep telling me that MASTER CARE/ Shoprite Insurance Company Limited is not assisting them, this is not the client’s problem and it should not be my problem.<br /> <br /> I think I have been understanding and patient but this has become ridiculous, why sell a product if you can’t offer a service. OK to date you store has just given me problems and I’m sorry to say it but you guys clearly don’t live up to your LOGO "YOUR NO PROBLEM STORE".<br /> <br /> Margaret from OK has asked me too please not put OK on hello peter and advised that they will sent us a new machine as a part is not available it’s been three more weeks and this has also just become an empty promise.<br /> <br /> OK Furniture get your act together or else I will be going to the financial ombudsman for Insurance.<br /> <br /> Your service is disgraceful.</p> <p><br /><br /><br /><br /></p>
