OK furniture Witbank salesman MC Maphanga

I bought a Defy fridge on the 4th of January cash then they delivered the fridge but the working conditions is not ryt it only freezes on the freezer. I have been calling and going in the store to complain still they have no solution. It's been 4 weeks now they are telling me one thing .." Defy people will come and check it" of witch I didn't buy from defy I bought it at OK furniture Witbank.Their service is sooo bad
