OK FURNITURE (washing machine Defy)

Hello,since i bought a washing machine at Ok furniture Online on black friday last of last month in November 25,even now i haven't received it and there's no any sort of communication to update me on my order,i once received their call on 15 December saying that they'll make a delivery that day, then 4 days after that call my husband went to store at Burgersfort to make an enquires they said the machine wasn't ours until now we still waiting and their sales person have bad attitude towards customers,they must teach them how to speak
