OK furniture unreliable goods!

Hi I bought a couch (EMILY CORNER CHAISE & ATTOMAN)from OK furniture through layby and finished paying for it in four months. It got delivered in April this year. On Sunday the 18th june the couch just broke while we were sitting on it. We were sitting watching tv then my partner just moved then the couch just broke. Now the couch after two months can't be used.

I'm have trouble understanding how can the R8000 couch brake after been used by three people all under 90kgs after two months. I am hurt, angry and so very disappointed! Can someone please help me fix this fairly cause I just won't trust OK furniture ever again. Even if they replace or fix this,I won't still believe what they'll replace it with will last long enough. I have relatives who weigh way much more than my partner and he's 85kgs, what happens when they visit and sit on OK furniture couch?

I went at the store the 19june and explain what happened to the security,the cashier and one of representatives there cause I didn't know who to talk to.I was told by the representative to go back and take photos I told her it's useless cause it won't show on the photos. She said I must take them anyway.I went back the next day, I got the cashier standing at the door,we greeted and immediately she called out Boipelo if I remember his name correctly. The guy had no time for me, didn't ask for my ID like they did when I paid for the couch. He just asked for my name and surname,never confirmed anything else went to the next room and came back with my paperwork. Almost like it was discussed before I even got there. He then told me they'll call me,the problem will be fixed before 21days and didn't ask me what I want to do or how I felt. He just didn't care at all. People buy couches that cost way less and get more value,I just want my money back so that I can get my money's value. They don't seem to have their email on contract,their number is *** The representative that sold me the couch is Jerome Minaar.
