OK FURNITURE UNHELPFULL

I bought a TV on Lay buy and they told me they wil help me to activate my TV license once my Lay buy was payed in full instead they activated it in my name without my knowledge and as if now I have been handed over to dead collectors I called and as well visited the store OK Furniture (wesselsbron) and they told me they wil sort everything out the moment I finished my Lay buy.At this time I have finished my Lay buy and all they tell me is to pay the amount, I also asked for the Area Managers number but they could not give is to me.
