Ok Furniture Thulamahashe failed to deliver after all payments were made

We purchased a fridge at Ok Furniture Thulamahashe in Mpumalanga through lay bye. We now finished paying but they have not delivered the fridge and they also initially opted to give us a display fridge that was scratched. They now telling us that they sorting out insurance from another shop where they will pickup from but we currently don't have a fridge even thou we done with payments for two weeks.
