OK Furniture Thornthree Plaza failing to help with my bed warranty

I bought a bed in December 2020 at OK Furniture Thornthree Plaza Soshanguve. I lost the slip as I was relocating and now I need to use my warranty as their mattress now has springs popping out. I went to the store to enquire on how they can help me but they searched on their system but could not find my details and insist that I bring the slip that I mentioned has been lost. One lady even said to me that since I don't appear on the system I should purchase another bed. To me it means that they don't want to help me with my warranty but wants to make a new sale. OK Furniture thornthree Plaza and it's staff are *********** and wants to **** it's customers of their rights. OK Furniture thornthree Plaza I want my warranty issue sorted out as I do not owe you anything I bought the bed cash there is no way that my records don't appear on your systems.
