OK FURNITURE THE WORST

oK furniture is by far the worst company ever. The client service is so pathetic, I bought a washing machine 28.12.2020, it broke within 2 months, it was fixed 5 times in 10 months only to receive a credit note late Nov 2021. I bought a new washing machine 3 weeks ago in Bellville paid for delivery at Blue Downs and still did not receive the unit. I was promised to have it by 12.12.2021, as the client I have to call the store with promises they will get back to me......THIS NEVER HAPPENED. The staff needs serious customer care training (includes managers)
