OK Furniture the ****mer

I'm so disappointed and hurt right now with the dishonest of OK Furniture store and at this stage I feel like I'm. Being ****med. Last October I needed to apply for a home loan and I was requested to settle my OK furniture account of which I Did with an amount of R7000 something and the store even gave me a settlement letter to submit for my bond application. After months I was called my OK furniture store or head office that my account is in areas. Unfortunately I lost the settlement letter because I knew that im done with OK furniture store. Even the store tells me that they can't even look at their records. For God's sake whats so difficult with comparing the amount that I owed on my account last year October and the very last payment that I did last year October? It breaks my heart seeing that furniture stores are dishonest to their loyal and honest customers, now I'm name is dented for trying to do the right thing.
