OK FURNITURE TERRIBLE SERVICE

The store at Greenacres mall in Port Elizabeth is very unprofessional and falling short of customer service. I paid up laybye and paid for delivery and was promised delivery by 2pm but I had to call to inquire about my delivery and still was given the run around. Finally told that driver refuse to deliver for one address only. I'm a paying customer and this is the service I received. Still they say I must call the driver to find out when he can make the delivery for the goods that I paid for including transport fees
