OK Furniture Terrible Service

<p>I will never do busness with OK Furniture ever! I now have a headache trying to clear my credit record and keep getting declined for loans. After I fell back on payments following my maternity leave, I called and emailed the retailer myself; I didn't wait for them to call me and informed them of my situation. I was told that maternity isn't a disability, Okay then tried to meet payments to the best of my ability. In December, when one of my accounts was 60 days in arrears, and following several calls from the retailer, I struck a deal with them to pay up the outstanding amount by a certain date - which I did.</p> <p>Barely a week before the payment was due my file was handed over to some rude AF redneck of a debt collector who threatened me and talked to me in the most inhumane manner (that wasn't necessary as I had paid my account very well before my maternity leave). I promptly called the lady who had been managing my account asking her why my file was handed over as I had made an arrangement, which I honoured. I now sit with a listing on my credit record....O mpone o mpolae ko OK Furniture, **** customer service sies!!!</p>
