OK Furniture Store Stellenbosch- neglecting clients

I purchased a Defy washing machine from OK Furniture store in Stellenbosch. Since day 1 of use I was dissatisfied due to an unbearable noise and shaking of the machine. I reported this to the store and a technician was sent out, advises that the machine must be greasd in order for it to operate smoothly, it took them another 4 days after inspection to come and grease the machine and needless to say, the same problem persisted. Another technician was sent out and he advised that the machine needs 4 new springs, up until today this has not been done yet. I am being sent from pillar to post and I now need to make contact with the manufacturer. I have no dealings with the manufacturer, but purchased the machine from OK Furniture store Stellenbosch and not defy. Also if the machine was new, why does it need repairs for it to work properly and why can't it just be replaced with a new one?
