OK Furniture store not delivering!!

I bought a Fridge/Freezer from OK Furniture store Alberton and after they told me that I have to pay R500 delivery decided to fetch it myself. Once I got home and left it standing for 2 hours as instructed I switched it on and it made a big noise. I reported it to OK and they then advised KIC. Since then I heard nothing and after phoning KIC on a daily basis I managed to get somebody out to have a look. A report was sent to KIC and once again after phoning them a couple of times I got the authorisation number for an exchange. I contacted OK and gave a gentleman with the name of Nina a call and he said that he is waiting for the truck to deliver the new machine. I just do not get any answer from OK of when the new machine will be available. The best of all is that I then have to borrow a trailer and take the old machine back to them and fetch the new one. Surely one would expect them to deliver as I have done all the work. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! BAD REFLECTION ON OK!!
