OK furniture store don't care attitude on their customers

Ok furniture store in protea gardens mall is terrible I laybyed a queen size bed that was on display their laybuy is 6 months it took me 2 months to pay off the bed, when is time to collect my bed they tell me they don't have it in the where house I was assisted by a gentleman by the name of Sakhile whom you can tell he was defeated by the companys don't care attitude towards their customers terrible service
