OK Furniture store

Bought a microwave from this store a few days ago - R3300... OK FURNITURE SHOP. Used it for about 9 minutes. Then it stopped working. Took the microwave back to store. Apparently the 7 day exchange policy DOES NOT APPLY to this store. The microwave must go back to be repair, which will take more or less 22 days. NO exchange was offered & NO money can be returned. NO substitute microwave was offered to me... SO... I will have NO microwave to use for more or less 22 days & NO money to buy some where else another microwave. Bought many appliances from this store in the past, but they changed my mind this time around. Will take my money somewhere else to shop in the future.
