OK furniture stole my order

No need for a star OK furnishers their online buying option is a **** I bought a kettle online in August 2024 and up to this date it has not been delivered despite an email from Ok Furniture online that my kettle was delivered in OK Furniture Sunny side We went to OK Sunny side and we were told they are out of stock We asked how when we have a confirmation of delivery for us to collect the Manager at OK Furniture is very rude and condescending He told us that everything bought online is on a first come first serve , why the online people didn’t tell us mind you we didn’t meet with anyone online

I still don’t have my kettle and I have a small baby I need the kettle to prepare water for her meals and my life has been made difficult by arrogant rude staff at Oak Furniture
