Dear Yolande I really want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for going out of your way to make time to listen carefully to my complaint. And also Macbeth. It was really frustrating trying to get EDBLO to understand how inferior their product was. For the 1st time in 12 months I had a comfortable and quiet bed. No ditches when we got up this morning. Both my husband and I appreciate what you did to help us through this in such a short time (24 hours) to resolve this issue. The patience you had was remarkable. We can recommend OK Furniture Steeldale to anyone at any given time. Remember OK furniture is just the middleman here and not to blame for the product that went wrong. You guys are appreciated. Looking forward to keep doing business with you in future. Now, at last I can enjoy my 2019 Christmas present ! ☺
