Ok Furniture Somerset West have zero service

OK Furniture Somerset West has absolutely zero customer service. I waited in the store for almost three hours on Sunday just to collect the TV I had already purchased. The staff have no structure or organization whatsoever.

What made the situation worse is that I was **** to. They kept telling me the TV was “almost ready,” but nothing ever happened. I eventually left without the TV and asked to cancel the purchase. The person in charge then convinced me not to cancel, saying he would call me once everything was sorted.

He did call after I left, saying everything was finally ready for collection and that we could pick up the TV. I told him my husband would collect it the following day. However, when my husband went there on Monday, he waited another hour and a half — and nothing had been sorted from the day before.
