OK FURNITURE SOLD ME DEFECTIVE ITEMS AND NOW IS REFUSING TO PAY ME BACK MY MONEY.

I actually rate OK Furniture ***) at 299 Helen Joseph Street, Pretoria Central, Pretoria 0. The worst furniture store ever. On Sunday 05/01/2020 I bought a JVC 32" Flat screen TV, JVC sound bar and also DSTV decoder. The sales person Ramatsetse SS informed me that their DSTV installers are available on Sunday. I waited the whole day and nothing happened and they close very early. On Monday (6/1/2020) I waited up until I had to call them at the store. The installers came so late after the OK Furniture store closed. When trying to activate the DSTV it was discovered that it belonged to someone else so I couldn't activate it. I returned to the store today (7/1/2020) with the rest of the items as they are defective thus couldn't use them. I was given so much attitude and the same salesman wanted to assist other customers without resolving my problem. I asked for the manager but they did not call him/her. They were even laughing. I informed the management staff that I want a refund because they are refusing to take back the defective products claiming it is a long process. They state that OK Furniture doesn't have money therefore I have to wait for them to raise funds prior to giving me my money back. I paid the total amount, no laybuy nothing, same day transaction. A whole OK Furniture without money wow. I was left sitting there inside the store with the guy running around up until the store closed and I was chased away. I want my Money back and OK Furniture is refusing with it, leaving me with defective items and the worst thing a DSTV that is registered/activated by someone else.
