OK furniture shoprite park, parow.. BAD SERVICE!!!!

We bought a dining table set at OK furniture in shoprite Park, parow.

It's been a week now and not delivered yet. The sales lady committed to Thursday or Friday for delivery its Saturday today.. Still no delivery!!! Why must I phone the store every 15min??the sales lady apparently stepped out of the store but nobody phone me back with a solution.. And when they put you through to the Manager the phone rings for almost 3 min no answer.. I'm not happy at all.. Their service SUCK!!!!!VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
