OK Furniture Shoprite Group poor service

OK furniture online service is the worst ever, items bought and fully paid on the 26th of November but still not delivered. I've been calling their call centre and their staff are not helpful at all, they just make empty promises. Getting though to them on the phone is frustrating. Shoprite please do something about this
