Ok furniture shop jane furse plaza & Defy polokwane

We bought a fridge from the furniture shop in Jane furse plaza on December 2017. The fridge has been giving us problems since then until now. We have launched a complain about the defy fridge. the shop manager arranged with defy to look at it but far now they came 3 times to fix it but the fridge still give us a problem. We need the fridge to be replaced but they are giving us a problem.The shop manager says its defy and defy says its OK furniture shop. from January now its may but the matter has not been resolved.
