OK Furniture shop Jabulani mall

I bought a refrigerator at OK Jabulani mall, they promised that they will deliver within two weeks, now it's going to 3 weeks. No communication whatsoever from them. The consultant responsible for my purchase she is totally rude and she doesn't even contact me for any feedback. I want my refund and all they do is blame it on loadshedding, apparently they can't make any refunds because of that. OK Furniture is a **** guys please don't consider them, especially the one at Jabulani mall in Soweto. Pathetic service!
