OK Furniture Shop in Makhaza, Khayelitsha

Reviewing OK Furniture in Makhaza, Khayelitsha On 06 June 2021 I bought 15kg Hisense washing machine cash from OK Furniture in Makhaza, Khayelitsha and the machine has 2 year warranty. In less than 12 months after the purchase, the machine started giving problems. First, the machine stopped spinning and I informed the store and they lodged a complaint with Hisense. Hisense dispatched their technicians to my house to fix the machine, and the machine was fixed.

A month later the machine had another problem - it stopped washing. Again, I informed the store and a complaint was lodged with Hisense. The technician was again sent to my house to fix the machine, and there is a part that had to be replaced which they replace on 21 June 2022. Shortly after this repair, we only used the machine once and we could not finished the because the machine stopped working. Again, the furniture shop was informed and a complaint was lodged with Hisense and a resubmission was done 06 July 2022 with the ***. Until today, I have been doing follow-up phone calls to the store and they have not been able to assist me. Until today, my machine has not been fixed and both the Ok Furniture Shop and Hisense are not giving me any updates regarding my complaint.

This services defeats the whole idea of buying a washing machine and I now have to boil water if I want to laundry because its cold and its winter. I don't think I will recommend these brands to anyone due to the service I have been getting from both Hisense and OK Furniture.
