Ok Furniture service is nonsense

I'm very disappointed at the service of this furniture store.

On the 25th of November I placed an order online knowing that the delivery would take 7 to 10 working days.

After the 10th day I sent an email to enquire about when will the item that I ordered be delivered. I spoke to Kabelo who promised to call me back and never did. The following day a Calle again and spoke to Kabelo again and again he promised to call me back and never did. When I called the store to enquire about the demo ery ,they told me they have been to my house numerous times to deliver the item and nobody was home. And they claimed.to have called me.

I have never recevied a call from anyone to inform me.of the delivery. Secondly there is always somebody at home so the calim made by Anna the supervisor at OK Furniture Klerksdorp is false.

I'm so frustrated and disappointed at their service.
