OK Furniture Senekal is a disaster

3723 branch code. On 27 Ocktober 2019 my aunt bought a Defy Twin Tub 18kg from OK Furniture in Senekal. December 2019 the brakes on the machine came loose. Just a few days before Christmas they send two guys to came and fix it. They wanted to take the brakes with them to get new brakes and come back on another day. Because it was a few days before Christmas I asked them to leave it for now as I was on my way to my holiday destination and would be home when they would return a few days later. They never returned. They also never gave me any proof that they were there. I used the machine like that because they didnt send anybody again. After a few phone calls. About two months ago I phoned them again because the spinner was giving problems now. I phoned them again and still nobody came to fix it. About two weeks ago we went to OK Furnitures to go and ask them what is going on and why nobody has come to fix it. Up untill today nobody has arrived to fix it. The person from OK Furnitures phones almost everyday to ask if someone came to fix it, when my aunt says no, he says he will phone someone to come out and keep me updated, but nothing comes of it. My aunt have been using a broken twin tub for two years now, because OK Furnitures in Senekal will not help me. I would never recommend that anybody buy from them as my aunt only had trouble since the first month and nobody gives a damn if she have to work with a faulty twin tub.
